Onboarding schools by invitation · Made in Myanmar
Here's the overdue total by class for this month:
- Grade 1A — 575,000 MMK (12 students)
- Grade 1B — 400,000 MMK (9 students)
- Grade 5A — 280,000 MMK (7 students)
- Grade 3A — 175,000 MMK (4 students)
Grade 1A has the most overdue. Want their parents' contact details?
Sound familiar?
These are the four moments Myanmar school owners and principals tell us they wish they had help with. Klasmind solves all four — and you can see how on the same card.
It takes you 3 days to answer "who hasn't paid this month?"
Fees live in handwritten ledgers, Excel sheets, and a finance staff member's head. Pulling a clean answer means flipping through pages, cross-checking three sources, and hoping nothing slipped.
Ask Klasmind in plain language and get the answer in 3 seconds — broken down by class, with parents' contacts ready.
Your best teachers leave because the workload is endless
Daily handwritten attendance × 30 students × 5 sections. Term-end report cards copied by hand. Late-night Viber messages from anxious parents. The teachers who care the most burn out the fastest.
Web attendance in one tap. Auto-generated report cards. Parent chatbot fields routine questions 24/7 so teachers get their evenings back.
Parents only call when something's already wrong
Updates go out as random Viber blasts. No record of what was sent. No way for a parent to ask "how is my daughter doing?" without phoning the office during school hours — by which time the issue is already three weeks old.
Parents ask the Klasmind chatbot in Burmese, anytime. It answers from real data — only their child, never another family's. Office-hour calls drop, trust goes up.
You make decisions blind
No dashboard showing attendance trends. No way to spot the student whose grades dropped this term. By the time a problem is visible enough to act on, the student has already been struggling for months.
Ask Klasmind questions like "which students are slipping?" — it surfaces the at-risk students before they become a crisis you have to fix.
Everything your school needs — and the AI to make sense of it.
Built ground-up for Myanmar private schools — from 50-student tutoring centers to 2,000-student academies. The AI features lead because they're what makes Klasmind unlike anything else; the operational core handles the day-to-day so the AI has real data to answer from.
Ask Klasmind — One AI for every role
Owners, principals, finance staff, and teachers each ask the AI questions in their own words. "Which classes have low attendance?" "Show Grade 5 unpaid fees this month." "Which of my students missed 3+ days this week?" The AI writes the query, respects each user's data scope, and answers in plain English or Burmese.
Parent Chatbot — answers parents 24/7
Parents get a Burmese-first chatbot scoped to their own children. Attendance, grades, fees, school policies — all answered without phoning the office. The AI only ever sees their own family's data. Office-hour calls drop, parent trust goes up.
Knowledge Base — your handbook, searchable
Upload student handbooks, exam schedules, parent-teacher meeting policies, anything. The AI names the document it answered from. Visibility controls let you make documents public, staff-only, or admin-only. Parents asking "what's the mobile phone policy?" get a clean, sourced answer in Burmese — without staff having to look it up.
Student Information System
Complete student profiles with enrollment history, guardian contacts, academic records, and document uploads. Instant search across your entire school. The foundation everything else builds on.
Attendance
Web-based attendance with one-tap status per student. Real-time class roster, attendance rates by date / class / student, and parent notifications on absences. QR scanning and NFC card-tap coming with the mobile app.
Fees & Payments
Track monthly fees, record cash and bank transfers, generate statements, and send automatic reminders for overdue payments. Full audit trail. Discounts, scholarships, and installment plans all supported per student.
Grades & Report Cards
Create exams, record marks, calculate grades, and generate report cards with one click. Supports multiple grading systems and semester structures. Teachers stop hand-copying report cards on Sunday nights.
Staff, Payroll & Expenses
Full staff records with attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll runs (allowances + deductions). Expense tracking with category hierarchy and approval workflows. The HR + finance work that used to live in three Excel sheets, in one place.
Timetable
Create and manage class timetables with conflict detection. Copy schedules between classes. Automated generation coming soon.
Three things make Klasmind's AI different
These aren't features — they're promises about how the AI will act every time you use it. Built for principals who've been burned by tools that looked smart but couldn't be trusted.
Honest, not flattering
When the AI doesn't have your data, it tells you. It never invents a number to sound helpful, never rounds to make a chart look good, never finishes a sentence with a guess.
- "I don't have grades for that student this term" — instead of a fabricated answer
- Numbers in replies match what's actually in your records — no rounding, no estimates
- If the question can't be answered cleanly, the AI says why
- Built for schools that audit their own reports
Strict scope, always
Owners see everything. Teachers see only their classes. Parents see only their own children. That line never moves — not by accident, not under any rephrasing of a question.
- A teacher asking about another class gets a polite refusal, not the data
- A parent's chat about "my son" only ever references their own son
- Sensitive numbers (staff salaries) hidden from anyone outside finance and ownership
- Same rules whether the user types in English or Burmese
Burmese first, not translated
The AI reads Burmese the way Burmese speakers write it — slang, abbreviations, casual phrasing. Replies come back in the same register the parent or principal used.
- Type "ဒီလ ကျောင်းလခ ဘယ်လောက်ကျန်လဲ?" — get a Burmese reply
- Burmese names, dates, and currency rendered the way schools actually use them
- No machine-translation feel — phrases are written, not converted
- Mixed-language questions (Burmese + English terms) handled naturally
Three demos. Three roles. One platform.
Klasmind's AI works the same way for every role — guardians get only their child's data, teachers get only their class, principals get everything. Click through to see what each one looks like in real use.
Grade 8 unpaid fees this month — by section:
- 8A — 12 students · 600,000 MMK total
- 8B — 9 students · 450,000 MMK total
- 8C — 7 students · 350,000 MMK total
- 8D — 4 students · 200,000 MMK total
Section 8A has the most overdue. Want me to list those 12 students with their parents' contact details?
Plain-language queries
Ask in Burmese or English. The AI writes the database query for you.
Role-aware results
A class teacher sees only their classes; finance sees fees but not grades. Each user gets exactly their scope.
Always grounded in real data
Numbers come from your actual records. The AI never invents or estimates — if data is missing, it says so.
Each role only ever sees what they're allowed to. The AI never invents numbers, never crosses into another family's or class's data, and names the document it answered from when drawing on your school's files.

Honest answers about how billing works
We bill the way Myanmar schools actually run — not the way Western SaaS does. Here's what that means in practice.
Why is monthly billing only from June to February?
Myanmar schools follow a June–March academic year, with March used for finals and April–May essentially closed. Charging full monthly fees for those quiet months would feel unfair. So you only pay per-student for the nine active months (Jun–Feb), and we go quiet during the wind-down. The annual platform fee covers infrastructure year-round.
How is the per-student fee calculated each month?
We bill on the month's peak active student count — the highest number of enrolled students at any point during the month. So if you start the month with 200 students and admit 30 mid-month, you're billed for 230. We use peak (not average) because the platform supported all of them. Withdrawn students are still counted in the month they leave.
What happens if we upgrade or downgrade mid-year?
Plan switches take effect immediately. The annual fee difference is pro-rated for the months remaining in your billing year — upgrading mid-year means you pay only the delta (e.g. switching from Pro to Premium with 6 months left bills you 50% of the difference). Downgrades work the same way as a credit. Trials carry over: switching plans during a trial doesn't reset or end your trial period.
When is the annual platform fee due?
We invoice on May 1 each year, due by May 31 — giving you a full month to settle before the new academic year starts in June. First-year schools pay a pro-rated annual fee at signup based on when they join. We send reminders 7 days before due date, then daily after if unpaid.
How long is the trial, and what's included?
Pro and Premium plans include a 30-day full-feature trial — no credit card, no commitment. You can invite real staff, add real students, and run actual operations during the trial. If you don't convert, your data stays preserved for 90 days in case you change your mind. Enterprise plans skip the trial and start with a custom onboarding instead.
How do we pay?
Bank transfer to our Myanmar account (KBZ, AYA, or CB Bank — your choice). After you transfer, you upload the receipt in your billing dashboard and our finance team verifies within one business day. We're working on direct KBZPay and Wave integration for 2027.
What if we want to cancel?
Cancel anytime from your billing dashboard — no fees, no minimum commitment beyond the current academic year's annual fee. You'll retain full access until the end of the year you've paid for. We export all your data (students, grades, attendance, finances) to Excel + PDF on cancellation, and keep a backup for 90 days in case you change your mind.
