Klasmind ("we", "our", or "us") is a school management platform operated by Antares Byte LLC, Myanmar. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform.

• School administrators: school name, contact email, phone number, and billing information during registration.
• Staff: name, email address, role, and profile details added by school administrators.
• Students & Guardians: student names, dates of birth, guardian contact details, and academic records entered by school staff.

Information collected automatically

• Login timestamps and session activity for security purposes.
• Device type and browser information for compatibility.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the Klasmind platform and its features (attendance, grades, fees, timetable, communication).
• Send transactional emails such as fee reminders, invitation links, and system notifications.
• Improve platform performance and reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations under Myanmar law.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to school data is restricted to authorized staff of that school only.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

• Service providers necessary to operate the platform (email delivery, cloud hosting).
• Law enforcement when required by Myanmar law.

We do not share student or guardian data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

5. Data Retention

School data is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted upon request. You may request early deletion by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

School administrators may:

• Access and export all school data at any time from within the platform.
• Request correction or deletion of data by contacting support.

7. Children's Privacy

Klasmind is designed for use by schools and their staff. Student records are managed by school administrators and staff, not directly by students or minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify school administrators via email of any material changes.
