Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Klasmind platform ("Service"), operated by Antares Byte LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), Myanmar.

By registering a school account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Klasmind is a cloud-based school management platform for Myanmar private schools. Features include student records, attendance tracking, grade management, fee collection, timetable scheduling, staff management, guardian communication, and AI-assisted tools.

2. Account Registration

• You must be an authorized representative of a school to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
• One subscription covers one school. Multi-school access requires separate subscriptions or an enterprise arrangement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose under Myanmar law.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to access other schools' data or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

4. Subscription & Billing

• The Service is provided on a subscription basis (monthly or annual).
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment after a grace period.
• Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Data Ownership

• You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the platform (student records, grades, fees, etc.).
• We process your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Upon termination, you may request a full data export within 30 days.

6. Uptime & Support

• We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance.
• Support is provided via email. Response times depend on your subscription tier.
• We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure or events outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

The Klasmind platform, its design, code, and AI features are the intellectual property of Antares Byte LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Myanmar law, Antares Byte LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify school administrators of material changes via email.
